Anthony M. Rizzi, President/CEO
With over forty years of experience in the construction, industrial, retail and wholesale sectors, Anthony Rizzi oversees all facets of APECCO’s business. As the company’s top executive, Anthony not only maintains and develops customer relationships, but also fosters the sort of strategic alliances that help APECCO remain the Tri-State Area’s premier full service environmental and construction firm.
Anthony founded APECCO in 2003 and almost two decades of stewardship, has grown the company from its start-up roots to the premier Petroleum and Environmental construction and Services Company in the Tri-State area.
Daniel Carpenter, Vice President of Construction
Daniel Carpenter with over 40 years in the petroleum industry, directs construction projects for APECCO. He oversees the construction procurement of equipment and tools to support one of the largest petroleum based construction companies in the Nation.
James Dollaway, Vice President of Sales & Services
James Dollaway, Director of Sales, with over 40 years in the petroleum industry, is in charge of APECCO’s ongoing service group of technicians supporting the ongoing expert education and evaluation initiatives to support end users.
Patrick Dunn, Vice President of Environmental Operations
Patrick Dunn supervises APECCO’s Environmental Department, and oversees the company’s health & safety initiatives. Pat has more than 25 years of management experience in the environmental consulting and construction field, including oversight and execution of petroleum storage tank closure and remediation projects for commercial, municipal and residential properties.
Raymond Vaughn, Vice President of Operations
Raymond joined the APECCO TEAM in 2015. He brings his 30 years in the Petroleum Pump and Tank Construction industry. His expertise in the Petroleum Pump and Tank Construction Management added the depth to the team to enable the continued explosive growth through the years.
